Senior Retail Media Manager

Overview

As a Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. You’ll be involved in activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. • Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks ( Amazon).
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Independently complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
• Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
• Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue.
• Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets.
• Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets & has the ability to produce high-quality documents).
