Marketing Intern

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing & Social Media Intern at The Davidov Team  Marketing Intern will play a key role in elevating our digital presence through content creation, social media strategy, and client engagement. Responsibilities include managing and growing social media platforms, creating and posting engaging content, assisting with video production, conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, contributing to marketing strategy, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role is primarily based in New York, NY

• KNOW THE DAVIDOV TEAM'S HISTORY & TRACK RECORD
• INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE
• Proven experience growing and managing social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram highly preferred)
• High follower count and demonstrated engagement on personal or professional social media accounts strongly preferred***
• Ability to create, edit, stitch, and post short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts)
• Comfortable on camera and confident in intro/outro video setups
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content optimization
• Market research and marketing strategy abilities
• Basic sales knowledge
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in real estate, branding, and technology
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (not required but a plus)
