Overview of the TeamThe Product Marketing team at IPC sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, driving how our solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted globally. The team partners cross-functionally to translate complex offerings into clear value propositions, support go-to-market execution, and enable commercial success.
As part of a lean, high-impact function, this role offers exposure to the full product lifecycle within a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
This role will be based in New York, NY reporting to the VP, Product Marketing.
Role Overview :The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and sales enablement across IPC's product portfolio.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, this role will help shape how IPC brings products to market, communicates value to customers, and supports revenue growth. The Product Marketing Manager will own key product marketing initiatives and contribute strategic recommendations based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
This position is ideal for a collaborative, customer-focused marketer who combines strong analytical skills with exceptional communication and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Launches
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, solutions, and feature enhancements.
- Drive cross-functional launch planning and readiness activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and market impact.
- Define launch objectives, success metrics, and post-launch performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market effectiveness and execution.
- Market, Customer, and Competitive Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer, market, and industry insights into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct customer interviews, advisory boards, user groups, and Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- Develop recommendations that influence product strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Positioning, Messaging, and Content Development
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for assigned products and solutions.
- Translate complex products and technical capabilities into compelling customer-centric narratives.
- Create and maintain messaging frameworks that ensure consistency across channels and audiences.
- Develop product marketing content including presentations, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials.
- Sales Enablement and Cross-Functional Leadership
- Develop and maintain sales enablement programs and materials that help teams effectively communicate product value.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, launches, and growth initiatives.
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions for customer-facing teams.
- Serve as a product marketing subject matter expert across the organization.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve research, content development, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve product marketing processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of IPC's product marketing function and best practices.
