This Hub is made up of the industry’s best experts in growth, an energized, entrepreneurial group of personalities bringing our agencies to market and winning new clients. Publicis Groupe Creative has incredible momentum within new business as it is coming upon one year with this new approach to Growth.

Given the competitive landscape in combination with our creative aspirations, we’re looking for a VP Business Development Director to augment our team of growth professionals to drive opportunities across all agency brands, with a focus on two of our most productive agencies in Growth.

The VP Business Development Director will report to CMO, Publicis Creative, BBH, partnering with agency executives and growth professionals across the creative pillar.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can think ahead of the inbound, strategically drive pitch processes and innovate along the way for best chance s person will autonomously lead pitch opportunities from managing the agency efforts in partnership with senior executives. Leading the strategy of pitches, while driving the process forward. The VP Business Development Director acts as a key leader in the Growth Hub demonstrating proactive and entrepreneurial thinking and actions in driving growth.

What do you need to be successful?

• An innate thirst for new business and the hustle that comes with it. This role is equal parts relationship-building, strategy and operations. You’ll be galvanizing diverse teams to helpus win new business and drive our reputation to new heights
• An acute understanding of our competitive landscape and trade in intelligence as acurrency
• Proven storytelling skills, including exceptional writing skills of RFI/RFPs. You’ll work closely with agencyCSOs to shape pitch narratives that land precisely with C-level audiences. If you don’t write punchy presentations, this role isn’t for you.
• Experience leading and converting large-scale pitches.
• Gravitas leading executive leadership team with the confidence to say no, push back andsteer senior leaders to orient them forward.
• Leadership skills lending to the mentorship of more junior team members and adding to aproductive, functional, fun environment for the team
