College Walk Media is a street interview creative agency in New York. Our interviewers film real people reacting to our clients' products in cities and college towns nationwide, and we cut that footage into ads optimized for conversion on Meta.

Our clients already have a marketing strategy and are already running ads. We work with each client to design a street interview campaign to run on Meta. You develop the concepts and write the scripts for that campaign.

To do it, you need to understand the client's marketing strategy as it stands: their winners and their competitors' winners, their brand guidelines, their niches, their claims, their geographies, their demographics, and their product. From there you develop a set of creative concepts, write a direct-response script for each concept, and write the creative brief for the production team. A concept can call for different formats, props, or production.

The videos drive conversion to new paying customers for the brand.

Once the campaign runs, you handle client feedback and review the performance data, and use both to design new concepts and scripts for the client.

• Understand each client's current marketing strategy, their winners and competitor winners, their brand guidelines, niches, claims, geographies, demographics, and product.
• Develop the concepts and write the scripts for a street interview campaign the client will run on Meta.
• Develop a set of creative concepts for each campaign, which can involve different formats, props, or production.
• Write direct-response scripts for each concept.
• Write creative briefs for the production teams that shoot each campaign.
• Handle client feedback on concepts, scripts, and cuts.
• Review performance data and design new concepts and scripts from it.
• Supervise a junior copywriter.
• Own the creative concepts and direct-response scripts across your clients' campaigns.
• Implement processes that let us scale our production team over time.
• Collaborate with account managers, social media managers, and creative strategists to develop each campaign.
• Ensure every concept and script meets client requirements and brand style guidelines.
• Adhere to direct-response principles.
• Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects at once and participate in new business pitches.

• 5 to 7 years in paid-media copywriting or direct-response advertising.
• Experience developing creative concepts and writing direct-response scripts for a variety of target audiences.
• Comfortable presenting creative work to clients.
• Able to work full-time, in person, in New York.

$80,000 to $130,000 a year, depending on experience.

Over time, the role can take on more leadership as our production team scales.
