Larroudé is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for a highly creative, hands‑on marketer who understands how brands need to communicate today. Someone who has great ideas—but, just as importantly, knows how to turn those ideas into actual marketing.
This person will be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day creation of Larroudé's marketing across paid social, email, SMS, product launches, and digital campaigns.
This is a very hands‑on role. You'll be expected to come up with ideas, develop the messaging, create briefs, work with the team on execution, launch, learn from the results, and quickly come back with the next idea.
We move fast, and we're looking for someone who gets energized by that. Someone eager to learn, curious about what's next, excited to experiment, and always looking for a better, smarter, or more creative way to do things.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Create and execute marketing ideas for paid social, email, SMS, product launches, and digital campaigns
- Develop concepts, hooks, headlines, messaging, and creative directions for digital ads
- Work hands‑on with our creative and performance teams to produce new ads and content on an ongoing basis
- Turn products, trends, customer insights, and cultural moments into compelling marketing ideas
- Develop multiple creative approaches for the same product and continually test new ways to communicate it
- Brief designers, photographers, video editors, creators, and other partners—and stay involved through execution
- Review performance to understand what's working and use those learnings to develop the next round of creative
- Develop ideas for creators, influencers, UGC, partnerships, and social‑first content
- Help execute marketing around new product drops, collaborations, seasonal stories, and key commercial moments
- Stay on top of what's happening across fashion, beauty, social media, advertising, e-commerce, technology, and culture
- Use AI as part of your everyday workflow to ideate, research, create, test, iterate, and move faster
- Explore new AI platforms and emerging technologies and identify ways we can incorporate them into our marketing
- Jump in and make things happen in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
- A creative marketer and a doer
- Eager, energetic, and highly motivated—you want to be involved and bring energy to what you do
- Naturally curious and genuinely interested in learning, experimenting, and figuring things out
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable moving quickly from idea to execution
- Someone who doesn't wait for a perfect brief—you can help create the idea and then make it happen
- Digitally native and fluent in how brands communicate across Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, email, SMS, and e-commerce
- A strong writer who can create sharp, compelling marketing language without being a traditional copywriter
- Someone with strong visual taste and an instinct for what makes content feel current
- Comfortable producing and testing multiple ideas and iterations
- Interested in both brand and performance—you care about how something looks, what it says, and what it delivers
- Curious and knowledgeable about AI, already using AI tools in your work and excited to keep learning as the space evolves
- Familiar with today's leading AI platforms and comfortable experimenting with new tools as they emerge
- Deeply curious about fashion, culture, creators, technology, consumer behavior, and the constantly changing digital landscape
We are flexible on level. Approximately 3–6 years of experience in creative marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, social, e-commerce, or performance creative would be ideal.
Experience at a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, consumer brand, or digitally focused agency is preferred.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, ideas, curiosity, and a desire to build—someone who wants to be hands‑on and grow with a fast‑moving company.
