Victoria Beckham Beauty is seeking a Wholesale Experience Marketing team member to join the Americas team on a temp-to-perm basis, supporting the day-to-day execution of wholesale marketing and visual merchandising across the region.
Reporting to the Director, this role will work closely with retailer marketing teams, the Americas Wholesale team and cross-functional partners to support successful execution of launches and ongoing brand initiatives across digital and brick & mortar channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong creative eye, positive attitude and willingness to jump in. This is an opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Key Responsibilities Retail Marketing & Execution- Support the day-to-day execution of wholesale marketing initiatives across Americas retail partners, spanning digital and brick & mortar channels.
- Serve as a day-to-day partner to retailer marketing teams and the Americas Wholesale team, communicating direction, coordinating deliverables and driving follow-through across initiatives.
- Coordinate retailer marketing deliverables and asset needs across key launches, brand-building initiatives and commercial moments, partnering with internal teams to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support retailer asset delivery, including cropping and adapting approved creative to meet retailer specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
- Maintain the Americas retail marketing calendar and project trackers, providing clear visibility into activity, deadlines, status and next steps.
- Maintain and update retailer briefs, presentations, marketing decks and other planning materials.
- Track retailer execution and support post-activation recaps and reporting.
- Support visual merchandising execution across Americas retail environments in alignment with global brand standards and creative direction.
- Develop and update planograms and assortment merchandising by retailer and counter format for launches and assortment changes.
- Support counter visual updates for product launches and campaign changes.
- Coordinate visual merchandising deliverables with external vendors, tracking project status, timelines and outstanding actions.
- Review visual implementations and coordinate follow-up on required updates to ensure consistency with approved brand direction.
- Support the Director with executional coordination related to store design projects as needed.
- Maintain and update budget trackers across Americas retail marketing and visual merchandising activity, ensuring planned and committed spend is accurately reflected.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain clear notes, actions and follow-ups across key projects.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams, retailer partners and vendors on outstanding deliverables and deadlines.
- Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to the Director across Americas Wholesale Experience Marketing priorities.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising or a related field; beauty, luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow projects through to completion.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in across a broad range of day-to-day needs.
- Strong creative eye and appreciation for elevated brand presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Slides and Google Sheets.
- Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including cropping and adapting creative assets to retailer specifications;
InDesign experience strongly preferred. - Eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
