• Build, maintain, and manage detailed content calendars across all Charney social accounts, including brand level and individual property accounts
• Implement proven growth strategies to increase followers and engagement across all accounts
• Ensure all content aligns with predefined content pillars, brand guidelines, and platform best practices
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other relevant platforms
• Coordinate with internal creative partners to manage timelines, approvals, and delivery of assets
• Monitor and track performance metrics across platforms and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth
• Flag trends, insights, and performance learnings to inform future planning
• Manage day to day community engagement including comments and direct messages, escalating inquiries when appropriate
• Maintain organized systems for captions, hashtags, assets, and account documentation
• Ensure consistency in voice, tone, cadence, and posting quality across a growing portfolio of accounts

• Own the editorial calendar and content strategy across all accounts
• Translate direction from marketing, business development, and creative teams into a concrete, scheduled content plan
• Manage the day-to-day workflow of the content production team: briefing, scheduling, and reviewing deliverables
• Post scheduled content and handle day-to-day comment and DM response across accounts

• 3+ years managing organic social media strategy and execution, ideally across multiple brands or accounts at once
• Growth marketing experience, with a real track record of growing social media accounts, not just maintaining them
• Experience running editorial calendars and production workflows, not just producing content yourself
• A clear communicator who can brief and manage content producers
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts without losing quality
