• Drive Cultural Impact: Partner closely with senior leads to dissect business goals and build disruptive, culture-first influencer strategies that integrate with PR, social, and paid media.
• Own End-to-End Execution: Lead influencer programs from supporting strategy to owning partner discovery & vetting, negotiations, contracting, content oversight, and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as a dot-connector, pulling in the right specialists to ensure flawless execution.
• Forge High-Value Connections: Proactively source and build relationships with creators who keep our brands at the center of current conversations.
• Own Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact, leading calls and managing multiple work streams effortlessly.
• Trend & Competitor Intelligence: Turn competitive insights and fast-breaking culture into bespoke, turn-key campaign entry points for brands.
• Mentor & Lead: Inspire internal teams, offer real-time feedback, challenge the status quo, and help build a strong team culture.

• 3–5 years of experience executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns (creator identification & vetting, talent negotiations, contract redlines/legal guardrails, execution, and reporting) while acting as a primary client contact.
• Direct experience negotiating with creator talent.
• Proven track record working side-by-side with senior leads on integrated campaigns, analyzing performance, and coaching junior team members.
• Quick on your feet, comfortable with curveballs, and skilled at guiding clients through strategic pivots.
• High autonomy and ownership—you know how to manage up, get what you need to succeed, and navigate dynamic agency environments with ease.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.

• Hands-on experience with influencer management platforms (e.g.,
  CreatorIQ
  ).
• Deep passion or experience working with CPG brands

• A track record of spotting subcultures and trend shifts before they hit the mainstream.
