We are working with a litigation firm in search of a Sr. Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support firm growth, client development, and brand visibility. The Sr. Coordinator partners with the Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, develop marketing materials, and support strategic business development initiatives across the firm.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct client, prospect, and market research to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive intelligence to support client meetings, pitches, RFPs, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate proposals, pitch materials, RFP responses, and other business development communications.
- Track key client developments, market news, and business development activities, maintaining accurate records and CRM data.
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, coordinate resources, and support client growth initiatives.
