Food Trends Catering & Events is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to work across events, branding, marketing, social media and design. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership from day one—and no two days look exactly the same.

WHAT YOU'LL DOOne day you might be developing signage and décor for a major NYC event. The next, you could be coordinating a photoshoot, designing a client presentation, sourcing packaging for a new food concept or creating content for social media.
You’ll:
- Create menus, presentations, signage and marketing materials
- Manage creative projects from idea through execution
- Coordinate printers, photographers, videographers and other vendors
- Assist with photoshoots, tastings and branded content
- Create social media content and reels
- Maintain and update website content
- Manage proofs, ordering, deadlines and vendor follow-ups
This isn't a traditional graphic design job. You'll design, but you'll also research, source, organize, coordinate, follow up and make sure projects actually get finished.
WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FORCreative ability matters, but organization, ownership and follow-through matter just as much.
We move quickly and often have a lot happening need someone who can be handed a project—or a long list of projects—and take ownership without needing constant reminders.
You’re someone who:
- Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Has a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Takes initiative and follows through
- Naturally keeps track of tasks, details and deadlines
- Can juggle multiple projects without letting things fall through the cracks
- Is resourceful and comfortable figuring things out
- Works quickly while maintaining accuracy
Has a strong creative eye and good design instincts
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, creative coordination, events, graphic design, hospitality or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media, website platforms, Cricut, events, food or hospitality is a plus
