At ad Marketplace, we believe that being a Challenger is the key to long-term success as a high-performing team member who upholds our core values, known as the 5
Cs;
Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment and Competitiveness. Here’s how a Challenger upholds our company values:
- Challengers display curiosity as are eager learners that never stop questioning the status quo.
- Challengers collaborate with one another to define the current state, ideal state and best next steps.
- Challengers thrive in creative conflict, knowing that debating ideas in a respectful space can only lead to growth and full potential.
- Challengers are committed to themselves, each other, and our partners. They prepare and persist to overcome challenges and when a problem arises, they transparently communicate the situation and clean up the mess.
- Challengers are competitive by thinking big and always playing the game to win.
Through this program, we will foster your innate Challenger qualities and unlock your full potential to set you up for long-term success as a market-facing digital media professional.
