Interactive Marketing Strategist

* This will be a fully onsite role 5x a week in NYC*

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Consultant to help clients develop marketing, brand, customer experience, and digital transformation strategies that drive business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Develop marketing, brand, customer experience, growth, and digital transformation strategies
• Conduct market, consumer, competitive, and cultural research to identify insights and opportunities
• Assess current marketing and customer experiences to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Create strategic frameworks including customer journeys, personas, roadmaps, briefs, and business cases
• Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic ideas and solutions
• Advise clients on digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI, and how they can improve marketing and customer experiences
• Partner with creative, design, data, content, and technology teams to translate strategy into execution
• Support business development, consulting engagements, and client pursuits
• Help develop new consulting offerings and approaches within marketing, growth, and experience strategy

What they’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or agency environment
• Background in marketing strategy, brand strategy, growth strategy, experience strategy, digital transformation, or related areas
• Experience developing and presenting strategies to senior client stakeholders
• Strong research, analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to connect consumer behavior, culture, technology, and business needs to develop strategic solutions
• Comfortable leading workshops and managing multiple work streams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with marketing and CX technologies such as CRM, CDP, and CX platforms
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies, particularly GenAI
• Experience across multiple industries is a plus
