We're looking for an Experiential Lead to join the team which is part of the House of Creative - Pinterest's award-winning, in-house creative team. Our team brings the Pinterest brand to life through events, experiences, and programming. For this specific role, you'll be leading the production of a new executive engagement program to help deepen relationships with potential and existing clients/partners.

You'll work with a cross functional team based primarily in the US and Europe. You'll be comfortable with ambiguity while also having a high bias to action. You'll be able to seamlessly execute the details while anchored in the big picture of the program. To be successful in this role, you'll be a builder, problem-solver, and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced and positive environment.

Ideally, you'll be well versed in cultural trends in fashion and entertainment.

What you'll do:

Independently lead the end to end production of a new executive engagement program
Manage all agencies, timelines, budgets, project plans, and work streams
Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on brand, on time and within budget. The majority of internal stakeholders will be senior marketing and creative leaders.
Manage communications and updates to stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Has a strong understanding of our messaging and products and can translate them into compelling experiences, activations, and programming.
Collaborate effectively with people in multiple markets.
Leverage AI tools with proficiency to optimize research, enhance iterative feedback cycles, and boost production efficiency while maintaining a high standard of creative execution and strategic brand alignment.

You'll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:

Experience planning and executing various types of events cultivating an engaging attendee experience (ideally for executives)
Experience producing and project managing events and experiences so work is delivered on brand, on time and on budget
Experience independently leading and driving a project, navigating approvals, and learning internal systems to get work done
Ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of people during the development and execution of work
Ability to communicate and deliver information in verbal and written formats in a clear, concise, and compelling manner - especially for executive stakeholders
Leverage knowledge of trends and culture to ensure the program delivers upon the brief
A collaborative, low-ego leader who brings a "no job too big or small" attitude to deliver the program
Leverage AI tools with proficiency to optimize research, enhance iterative feedback cycles, and boost production efficiency while maintaining a high standard of creative execution and strategic brand alignment.

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration as needed. The ideal candidate is in the NYC area and able to go to the Pinterest NYC office in Madison Square Park.
