Paid Social Supervisor

Job Description

Paid Social Supervisor has 3.5+ years’ experience and is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of paid social media campaigns across all relevant platforms for Pharma DTC and HCP accounts. They will be client-facing and represent the Social team in internal and external meetings. The Supervisor will be hands‑on in the development and advancement of platform campaigns, budget allocations, and spearhead reporting insights.

They will also support the overall team by training the social media specialist to foster ongoing education and growth. This person will work closely with the creative teams to ensure all assets meet platform best practices and specifications. They will also work alongside all other media teams to guarantee the social plan is in lockstep with the overall brand strategy.

$85,000 - $115,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in‑office attendance.
