The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, NY. This role supports the marketing and account teams by coordinating campaign activities, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with day-to-day project management. Responsibilities include conducting basic market and competitor research, organizing client meeting materials, tracking campaign performance metrics, and helping ensure timelines and deliverables are met. The Marketing Assistant will also assist with client communication, maintain documentation and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives and client relationship management.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to perform Market Research to gather, analyze, and summarize industry and competitor information.
• Customer Service skills to support positive client experiences and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Foundational Sales and Sales & Marketing understanding to assist in campaign support and lead nurturing.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks..
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising, or communications; internship or project experience is a plus.
