Title:
Journey Builder III Industry: Tech
Location:
New York, NY Duration: 12 months Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy multi-channel customer journeys for acquisition, awareness, and engagement.
- Translate product and strategy objectives into executable lifecycle marketing programs.
- Assess platform capabilities, audience requirements, and data needs to support campaign execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational plans, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
- Optimize and monitor journey performance through A/B testing, analysis, issue resolution, and operational improvements.
- 5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, critical-thinking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and adaptability skills; BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
