Brand Marketing & Communications Director Overview
The Press & Communications Manager supports the execution of all PR and communication initiatives across North America, ensuring consistent brand visibility, strong media relationships, and flawless operational execution.
This role plays a critical part in amplifying brand storytelling, supporting events, and managing the day-to-day coordination required to maintain a high level of press presence and engagement
ResponsibilitiesPR & Media Relations- Support the development and execution of regional PR strategies
- Maintain and grow relationships with editors, stylists, and key industry contacts
- Coordinate outreach to secure press coverage across luxury, design, and lifestyle media
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand communications
- Ensure messaging consistency across all channels and partners
- Support internal communication alignment across teams
- Manage all press sample requests and loans, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Partner with VM & Brand Ops on sample tracking and availability
- Maintain detailed records of all sample movements and placements
- Support execution of press events, launches, and activations
- Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications
- Ensure strong press attendance and post-event coverage
- Track and report on media coverage, impressions, and PR performance
- Maintain press database and coverage archives
- Provide insights on PR impact and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or related field
- Existing media relationships within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
