The CRM Intern assists with marketing initiatives aimed at driving subscriber engagement and retention. You will learn to leverage marketing technology, marketing channels, and customer data to support lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer-centric journeys.

Role based in New York City, NY. Must work from the NYC office 3x a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

This internship is embedded within the Engagement & Retention Marketing team and provides cross-functional exposure to teams across the organization (Subscriber Revenue, Retention, Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, Product, etc.).
