VP, Growth Marketing

We're partnering with a fast-scaling restaurant technology startup company that is reshaping the U.S. local restaurant industry. This team brings together decades of expertise across restaurant tech, SaaS, sales, marketing, product, and operations. The company has proven traction, strong momentum, and now needs a marketing architect to build and scale the engine that will take them from fast growth to category dominance.

You'll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the marketing strategy - spanning brand, demand generation, lifecycle, partnerships, and product marketing.

You'll design systems and processes that create a predictable pipeline, embed AI and automation into workflows, and build a high-performing team that out-executes larger competitors.

• Own the Marketing P&L:
  Budget, ROI optimization, and revenue accountability.
• Elevate the Brand:
  Position the company as the go-to platform for restaurant tech.
• Drive Growth:
  Build multi-channel pipeline engines (paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, events).
• Enable Sales:
  Deliver content, tools, and insights that accelerate deal velocity.
• Leverage AI:
  Deploy automation and AI to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Build & Lead:
  Recruit and mentor top talent to create a world-class marketing organization.

• 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, ideally within high-growth environments.
• Proven success driving significant ARR growth with direct revenue accountability.
• Hands-on expertise with AI-powered marketing tools and advanced analytics.
• Experience building and scaling teams of 5+ in competitive markets.
• Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to act decisively in fast-moving environments.
• Bonus if you've worked in restaurant SaaS, marketplaces, or commission-free delivery models.
