We are seeking a Public Relations + Influencer Coordinator to enable and accelerate the achievement of FARMACY’s ambitious growth goals by executing best-in-class events, mailers, partnerships, and media relations. You’re known for your precise attention to detail, your relationship-building, your administrative excellence, and your passion for all things Beauty. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal teams like Brand Marketing, Digital, Operations, Social, Sales, and Creative, as well as external partners like PR agencies, influencers, talent managers, and vendors for various initiatives.

You'll report to the Influencer Manager.

• Agency Support. Help manage agency requests (toolkits, assets, press releases, order fulfillments, etc.)
• Partnerships. Assist with outreach to potential partnerships for proposals and executing partnership with PR, Influencer + Brand teams

• Events. List creation/building, outreach, follow up, RSVP tracking
• Mailers. Admin support for vendor outreach, vendor/creator communications, opt in tracking
• UGC. Admin support
• Content Tracking. Ensure CreatorIQ campaigns are optimized and properly tracking all content across Evergreen, Campaigns, Events.

• Reporting:
  Ensure all PR & Influencer data are up to date weekly + monthly, post mortem paid campaign, mailer, events recaps
• Events. Assist with development and execution of events (media/influencer, consumer, retailer/sales) including event strategy + plan
• Product fulfillment. for both Media and Influencer. Assist in managing daily product orders and seasonal mailings/pack-outs, PR closet stock.
• Research. Research, identify, and propose potential new Influencers. Keep up with overall competitive and industry trends within beauty, lifestyle, wellness, fashion and beyond; weekly alerts to the team

• Ideally 1 year of professional experience.
• Minimum one professional internship experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Marketing or similar field.
• Passion for Beauty industry trends and influencers.
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Extremely detail-oriented, able to keep up with a diverse to-do list
• Outstanding time management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Outstanding communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Able to commute to the NYC office minimum 2 days per week.
• Available for various weekend and evening events on a scheduled, ad hoc basis.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year (pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience). This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position.
