Advertising Sales Coordinator
Location:
New York, NY (currently hybrid with up to 50% remote)
At Touch Tunes, your work matters, The Advertising Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Ad Sales team and will partner cross-functionally across our Marketing, Music, Product and Tech teams. This role supports our Advertising team by handling pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, producing sales materials, and assisting with reporting and performance tracking. This role is perfect for early career professionals who want to break into and develop a wide range of skillsets across media.
Yourday-to-day:
Ad Campaign Management:
- Creating and owning Media Plans, location lists, and revisions from start to finish for sales team.
- Manage the end-to-end Proof-of-Play (POP) process, from initial requests from sales/agencies/brands, to creating mockups and live shots, and/or coordination with photographers.
