• Coordinate and execute PRO marketing programs across print, digital advertising, regional initiatives, partnerships, and related deliverables.
• Support creative briefing, asset routing, approvals, and delivery of seasonal collateral, signage, presentations, digital assets, and partner-facing materials.
• Maintain project trackers, program lists, shared files, distribution details, and routine updates to keep campaigns, activations, and events on schedule.
• Assist with seasonal activations, partner events, gifting, hospitality, outreach planning, sample coordination, and product logistics.
• Collaborate with creative, agency, sales, account, production, vendor, and partner stakeholders; assist with decks, seasonal recaps, brand plans, scorecards, and workstream updates.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive, with strong time-management skills and a willingness to learn.
• Collaborative team player who can work across business divisions and consistently follow through on assigned responsibilities.
