Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $67,700 to $70,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

• Support client activations from kickoff through final recap.

• Maintain timelines, trackers, budgets and deliverable checklists.

• Coordinate vendors, staffing, materials, travel and onsite schedules.

• Communicate with clients, internal teams and local markets to confirm deadlines and responsibilities.

• Participate in meetings, document next steps and follow up with stakeholders.

• Manage materials for brand, client and contractual compliance.

• Provide onsite support, including setup, execution and troubleshooting.

• Collect event results and materials for post-event recaps.

• Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, credit card charges and vendor payments for each dedicated campaign

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field preferred.

• Strong organization, communication and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends.

• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
