The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, well-connected, and strategically minded Social Media Specialist based in New York City to own and elevate Fever’s social media presence across the US and English-speaking markets.
This role goes beyond day-to-day content management. You’ll be Fever’s person on the ground in New York, leading onsite activations, executing campaign stunts, producing social-first content at our events, and building the kind of cultural relevance that turns a brand into a conversation.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategy, Creative Strategy, Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams and cross-functional partners to bring Fever’s biggest moments to life on social. The right person already lives and breathes the New York social and cultural scene, can shoot and edit content autonomously, and knows how to turn an activation into a viral moment.
What You’ll Do- Leading social media strategy for Fever’s US and English-speaking markets, driving brand awareness and audience growth at scale.
- Planning, producing, and being onsite for social-first activations, stunts, and campaign moments at Fever events across New York and other US cities.
- Building and leveraging a network of media contacts, cultural figures, creators, and industry professionals in New York to elevate Fever’s brand presence.
- Filming, editing, and publishing high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts) autonomously and on tight timelines.
- Developing and pitching creative content concepts and viral campaign ideas rooted in cultural trends and local relevance.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Creative Strategy, Growth, Influencer Marketing, Events) to conceptualize and execute high-impact social activations from the ground up.
- Coordinating with the Madrid-based Creative Strategy and Social Media teams to ensure alignment across global and local efforts.
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy that represents Fever’s voice across all social platforms.
- Monitoring social performance, audience sentiment, competitor activity, and cultural trends to inform strategy.
