Why This Role Matters Why This Role Matters Serves as the senior technical and commercial client solutions partner for The Washington Post's Programmatic Direct business, working alongside Programmatic & Agency Development leadership to grow strategic advertiser and agency relationships and expand programmatic revenue.

Provides deep programmatic expertise across The Post's largest and most complex accounts, translating advertiser objectives and technical requirements into scalable solutions that improve activation, performance, and long-term commercial value.

Connects client strategy, programmatic technology, analytics, and The Post's advertising capabilities to identify new revenue opportunities and deliver differentiated solutions for advertisers, agencies, and programmatic partners.

Represents the commercial needs of Programmatic Direct across Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, and other teams, ensuring technical capabilities and operational processes support client needs and business growth.

Helps shape the future of The Post's Programmatic Direct business by establishing scalable client solutions practices, identifying emerging opportunities, and applying evolving advertising technologies to strengthen our competitive position.

How You'll Support the Mission Lead the strategic client solutions approach for a portfolio of The Washington Post's largest and most complex Programmatic Direct relationships, strengthening client retention, account growth, and long-term revenue.

Partner with Programmatic & Agency Development leadership as the senior technical counterpart in strategic advertiser, agency, and platform conversations, combining commercial objectives with programmatic expertise to expand relationships and unlock new revenue opportunities.
