About the RolePuff Media is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Intern to support the company’s brand marketing, social media, client acquisition, and talent outreach efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media culture, enjoys research and communication, and wants hands‑on experience working across marketing, creators, events, and social commerce.
Responsibilities- Support Puff Media’s Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other social channels
- Assist with content planning, copywriting, posting, and campaign coordination
- Research brands, creators, industry trends, and potential partnerships
- Support client outreach and lead generation
- Assist with recruiting creators, hosts, interns, and other talent
- Help prepare presentations, case studies, campaign materials, and company marketing assets
- Track outreach, responses, and marketing performance
- Background in marketing, communications, media, business, or related field
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, and social media culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach
- Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, or similar tools are a plus
Intern / Entry Level: Stipend or $18–$20/hour
- Coordinator: Starting at $20/hour, up to $30/hour based on experience and performance
