The Lead Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for Glenfiddich, driving recruitment of new consumers, strengthening luxury credentials, expanding cultural relevance, and accelerating commercial performance across both on-premise and off-premise channels.

Main ResponsibilityThe Lead Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Glenfiddich's US brand plan, translating global priorities into locally relevant growth plans that deliver volume, value, equity, and market share objectives. The role will drive consumer recruitment and cultural relevance through insight-led marketing, integrated campaigns, strategic partnerships, and compelling brand experiences that attract new luxury and premium whiskey drinkers.
Partnering closely with global teams, agencies, sales, and commercial stakeholders, the Lead Brand Manager will deliver best-in-class execution across priority channels and accounts, while effectively managing budgets and maximizing marketing ROI.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of brand management experience, preferably in beverage alcohol and/or luxury verticals, with a proven track record of developing brand strategies, developing and leading omni-channel communications plans, managing significant budgets, and driving commercial growth through cross-functional collaboration. They are a strategic and commercially minded marketer who can translate consumer insights into impactful actions, balance long-term brand building with short-term business results, and thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
They combine strong analytical capability with an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing energy, curiosity, creativity, and resilience while remaining highly organized, self-motivated, and willing to both lead teams and roll up their sleeves to deliver exceptional work. The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office, $142,099 - $165,999.
