Social Media & Marketing Manager

* This is a 2-3 day hybrid role in Brooklyn Heights*

• Create photo, video, and written content for social media, email, website, and other digital channels
• Manage the social media calendar, publishing schedule, community engagement, and brand voice
• Monitor trends and develop timely content that increases engagement and brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, brand advocates, and influencers while managing partnerships from outreach through execution
• Support retail and shopper marketing initiatives, including launches, promotions, merchandising materials, and retailer-specific programs
• Coordinate creative projects, photoshoots, marketing calendars, timelines, deliverables, and digital assets
• Support eCommerce updates, promotions, product launches, and performance tracking.
• Partner with external agencies on email and retention marketing, ensuring creative and messaging consistency

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within CPG or an agency environment
• Hands-on experience creating content and managing social media channels and online communities
• Familiarity with retail, shopper, consumer, and eCommerce marketing
• Experience coordinating photoshoots, campaigns, and creative projects
• Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media analytics and listening tools
