Our client seeks a Senior Manager, Ad Sales Marketing to lead marketing and messaging for programmatic advertising capabilities. The role serves as a subject matter expert for the sales organization, enabling teams to position, communicate, and sell programmatic offerings. The position is cross-functional, partnering with Programmatic Sales, Ad Operations, Sales Enablement, and external DSP partners to develop sales materials, drive strategic messaging, support co-marketing initiatives, and create resources that contribute to revenue growth.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on programmatic business.
• Develop and refine strategic messaging, positioning, and go-to-market narratives.
• Translate complex advertising and programmatic concepts into compelling sales stories.
• Enable sales teams to communicate programmatic capabilities effectively.
• Create, update, and maintain sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, and pitch materials.
• Ensure materials align with overall programmatic positioning and messaging.
• Develop visual, client-facing materials that simplify complex concepts.
• Support improvements to internal sales resources and knowledge repositories.
• Partner with Programmatic Sales, Ad Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate information gathering and resource development across stakeholders.
• Drive projects from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Support co-marketing initiatives with major DSP partners.
• Coordinate industry events, conferences, meetings, panels, and presentations.
• Strengthen relationships with key advertising and technology partners.
• Build compelling narratives around programmatic solutions.
• Create presentations and materials that communicate clear value propositions.
• Simplify technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.

• 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or related ad tech environments.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising within streaming and digital media ecosystems.
• Knowledge of the ad sales and streaming landscape.
• Experience creating sales materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Nice to have: experience with Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, or similar companies.
• Nice to have: programmatic product marketing and DSP partner marketing experience.
• Nice to have: streaming advertising and enterprise-level sales enablement experience.
• Nice to have: large media company experience.
• Success profile: deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ability to simplify complex concepts, strong storytelling, strong presentation development, organizational and project management abilities, ability to influence without direct authority, and experience supporting revenue-generating sales organizations.
