Responsibilities
- Champion a consumer-first mindset across the marketing team and broader organization
- Lead cross-functional and agency partnerships to embed the consumer perspective into briefs and business cases
- Lead the design and execution of research projects including concept, creative, and sensory testing
- Own vendor relationships and day-to-day project management from design to reporting
- Drive internal reporting and presentations that track brand KPIs such as household penetration and awareness
- Build and evolve OLIPOP's consumer knowledge and research tools
- Monitor industry trends and cultural shifts to shape brand strategy
- 8+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles
- Advanced knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience writing and designing surveys to answer business questions
- Proficiency with marketing mix modelling and DIY research tools
- Working knowledge of syndicated tools like Nielsen, SPINS, or Numerator preferred
