Senior Manager, Ad Sales Marketing

Job Summary Our client, a leading media and entertainment company, is looking for a Senior Manager, Ad Sales Marketing to support their Programmatic advertising business, 26 week contract, hybrid in New York (4 days onsite, 1 remote). This person will lead sales enablement and product marketing for the Programmatic team, building sales collateral, maintaining internal resources, and serving as the go-to subject matter expert for the sales org on programmatic capabilities.

Looking for someone with real experience marketing or supporting the sale of programmatic advertising specifically, strong storytelling and visualization skills, and comfort translating complex ad tech concepts for a sales audience. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

• Build and maintain sales collateral and presentations that keep Programmatic messaging consistent across the team.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert, fielding questions from sales reps on programmatic capabilities.
• Maintain and improve the internal sales enablement resource.
• Help lead co-marketing efforts with DSP partners, including conferences, panels, presentations, and social.
• Translate complex programmatic and ad tech concepts into digestible sales stories and materials.
• Work across sales, ops, and enablement stakeholders to keep projects and materials moving forward.

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising environments
• Moderate to extensive knowledge of programmatic selling in streaming
• Practical understanding of the ad sales and streaming landscape
• Strong storytelling and visualization skills for sales collateral
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Keynote

• Experience at large companies such as Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, or similar organizations
• Direct DSP partner relationship experience

• Comfortable building materials that hold up in front of sales teams and external partners
• Strong translator between technical/product concepts and sales-friendly messaging
• Works well across multidisciplinary teams including sales, ops, and enablement
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups at once
• Can influence and drive projects forward without direct authority over other teams

New York, NY, hybrid schedule, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

Contract runs 26 weeks

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $44.00 and $64.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
