Location:
Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days/week in office, 2 remote)
Role:
Digital Ad Ops Specialist
Pay: $55,000 to $60,000/year
Responsibilities
- Launch, schedule, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet goals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution and reporting.
- Identify and troubleshoot campaign delivery, targeting, and tracking issues.
- Review campaign data and recommend improvements to maximize performance.
- Prepare and QA ad creative, tracking tags, and media assets before launch.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide timely communication and support to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign trafficking experience.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital ad tracking.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
