What You’ll Do:

90 is seeking an Account Executive to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s global football sponsorship portfolio, with a primary focus on the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™. The position will report to the Account Manager and is based in San Francisco or New York.
- Support the planning and delivery of client programs leading up to and throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ and additional FIFA events, spanning global and local market initiatives, hospitality and other partnership activations.
- Manage premiums, merchandise, brand assets, imagery and video content supporting the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ partnership.
- Manage the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ Public Viewing Event licensing process for the client in coordination with FIFA and relevant property stakeholders.
- Manage the FIFA Trophy appearance workstream, including planning, coordination, approvals and logistics.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the client, agency partners, FIFA stakeholders, vendors and other key partners involved in sponsorship planning and execution.
- Conduct research and develop client-ready materials including POVs, activation plans, competitive analyses and ongoing reporting informed by the client’s product category, FIFA partnership, relevant industry trends and the broader women’s football landscape.
- Support strategic planning for the global sponsorship team, identifying opportunities to maximize the value and impact of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027™ partnership.
- Coordinate across global, regional and local teams to drive alignment, consistency and efficiencies across tournament-related work streams.
- Manage sponsorship-related project administration, including timelines, approvals, trackers, meeting materials, status updates and other key documentation.
- Support on-site tournament planning and execution in Brazil, as required.
- Assist with FIFA approvals for partnership assets and content, coordinating submissions, required materials, feedback and status tracking across global and local teams.
- Support budget management and financial tracking across assigned FIFA work streams, helping ensure programs are delivered within approved scopes and budgets.
- Support measurement and reporting across FIFA partnership programs and activations, including tracking key deliverables, results and post-program learnings against established client objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of agency or client-side experience in sponsorship account management, property management, sports marketing or a related field.
- Experience working within women’s sports and/or football/soccer platforms or properties.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sponsorship marketing strategies and programs on behalf of clients or brands.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, rights holders and other key stakeholders.
