We’re Sweed, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We’re on the lookout for a Brand & Marketing Designer to join us remotely and help us scale our go-to-market and brand communication.

At Sweed, we’re reimagining how cannabis retailers operate. Our enterprise-grade platform combines POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution—eliminating the need for multiple third‑party tools.

Our total team size is over 200 people

The development team is distributed globally and organized into cross‑functional product teams. These teams typically consist of 8–12 members, including front‑end and back‑end developers, QA specialists, and analysts.
Each team is led by a Team Lead and a Product Owner, ensuring effective collaboration and clear direction.
Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA
, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.

You will fully own and drive the company’s visual communication. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to translate Sweed's product capabilities and company value into clear, compelling visual stories. Your primary focus will be creating marketing assets that help customers understand what the platform does, why it matters, and how it drives business outcomes.

Your work will span product marketing materials, website and landing page design, campaign creative, presentations, social media assets, and other marketing collateral. We are looking for a designer with strong visual storytelling skills, excellent design judgment, and the ability to turn complex product concepts into engaging, enterprise‑level visuals.

There is no art director in the team, so you will be in charge of developing creative and visual decisions.

• Unify and improve the company’s brand design system (based on existing logo, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetics of an enterprise‑level SaaS platform)

• Improve our corporate website, including overall layout and specific product visuals. Design new website pages for lead magnets, promo campaigns, special product releases, etc.)

• Design creatives to support go‑to‑market campaigns for product updates and new feature releases

• Create visuals for email marketing, social media and blog posts.

• Design marketing materials for external publications (infographics, product visuals, creatives, etc.)

• Design presentations for board meetings, executive reviews, and client discussions

• Design printed materials for exhibitions and industry events

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and visual production
