Brand Marketing Sr. Manager, Influencer Strategy, North America

The Brand Marketing Sr. Manager, Influencer Strategy, North America supports regional and global influencer strategy. This role leads influencer programs aligned with campaigns, community initiatives, product gifting, and key brand moments, while integrating activations into broader go-to-market plans.

• Develop and execute North America influencer programs, talent plans, briefs, and campaign roadmaps.
• Partner with content, media, CRM, retail, performance marketing, and global teams on integrated activations.
• Lead influencer talent discovery and advise on proposed partners and invitees.
• Manage influencer budgets, forecasts, invoices, performance tracking, and campaign recaps.
• Support creative reviews, contracting, and experiential influencer integration at brand activations and events.
• Establish reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and inform future marketing plans.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing, entertainment, fashion, social media channels, North American consumer trends, and the creator landscape.
• Experience with influencer and social monitoring platforms and influencer affiliate programs.
• Experience translating global marketing strategies into locally relevant opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, resourcefulness, and confidentiality.
• Experience handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
