Director, Marketing & Events

Lead marketing strategy and client-facing event execution across North America, delivering luxury experiences that strengthen brand equity, engage clients, and support business results. Partner with global headquarters and regional teams to align programs with brand priorities and commercial objectives.

• Lead the full lifecycle of client-facing and brand-building events, from creative briefing and planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Develop event frameworks, project plans, budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting to support client acquisition, revenue generation, and brand discovery.
• Manage vendors, agencies, contractors, and cross-functional partnerships while overseeing creative ideation, production, logistics, and event communications.
• Plan regional marketing strategy and retail activations, including trunk shows, pop-ups, mall partnerships, and co-op advertising.
• Coach and direct the Marketing & Events Manager and support global brand moments and client travel experiences.

• 7+ years of experience in luxury event management, with a record of leading complex, high-end client activations.
• Experience in budgeting, project management, luxury vendor sourcing, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects independently from concept through completion.
• Confidence working with corporate teams, luxury clients, and external partners; availability for regional travel and on-site event support.
