Brand Marketing Manager, Golf

Summary

The Brand Marketing Manager, Golf supports RLX Ralph Lauren brand strategy and marketing for North American wholesale channels. This role leads seasonal campaigns and omnichannel activations, working across internal teams, wholesale partners, agencies, and sports industry stakeholders to build brand desirability and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal marketing strategies, campaigns, events, sponsor ships, and omnichannel activations.
• Coordinate marketing materials, seasonal collateral, creative briefs, budgets, timelines, and project tracking.
• Partner with wholesale accounts and cross-functional teams across sales, merchandising, digital, media, and global marketing.
• Analyze customer insights, segmentation, competitive activity, and consumer trends to inform marketing plans.
• Lead meetings and prepare seasonal planning, recap, and management presentations.
• Support golf tour player outfitting, fulfillment, and athlete communications.

Requirements

• Experience in a multichannel marketing role and demonstrated ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative, solve problems, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Willingness to travel; sports, fashion, or golf experience is preferred.
