CreativeX is building the system of creative control for an AI-first marketing world — and the missing piece is a Product Marketing Lead who can turn a sophisticated technical platform into an unmistakable market narrative. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, this full-time role sits at the intersection of product, revenue, and brand, offering a rare opportunity to define a new category from the inside.
ProductMarketing Lead at CreativeX:
Shaping a New Category
For over a decade, CreativeX has powered smarter creative decisions for the world's biggest brands and shipped category-defining products. The team long championed a thesis that few initially accepted: creative execution is the single largest driver of marketing performance. The industry has since come around — yet one gap remains. The platform is exceptional, but its product story does not yet match its magic.
The incoming Product Marketing Lead will own the transformation of that story, translating complex technical capabilities into clarity-driven commercial messaging that produces an "ohhhh… now I get it!" moment for the world's smartest marketers.
Core Responsibilities and Strategic ScopeThis is not a traditional product marketing role confined to collateral production. The selected professional will influence what gets built, define multi-persona messaging frameworks, and orchestrate end-to-end product launches that convert innovation into pipeline growth and adoption.
- Positioning ownership: Define how the market understands CreativeX — not just what the platform does, but why it matters and why now. Build messaging frameworks that resonate across diverse stakeholders, from analytics professionals focused on attribution to CMOs focused on revenue.
- Launch execution: Own the launch process end-to-end — from early collaboration with Product and Engineering through go-to-market execution with Sales and Customer Experience — driving awareness, pipeline, and adoption with clear narratives and measurable objectives.
- Competitive intelligence: Develop and maintain a structured program that equips Product and GTM teams with the differentiation tools necessary to win in a fast-shifting market.
- Sales enablement: Create practical, heavily utilized assets — pitch decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, ROI frameworks — anchored in actual buyer behavior, with tight feedback loops to keep enablement grounded.
- Technical storytelling: Translate sophisticated capabilities such as AI-powered creative scoring and quality measurement at scale into language that both a CMO and a marketing analyst find compelling — without losing precision for either.
- Content quality and partner narratives: Set a high bar for everything PMM produces, ensuring a clear, confident, jargon-free voice. Support co-marketing efforts with technology and platform partners through joint value positioning frameworks.
