- Contribute social media expertise to integrated campaign work and wider studio projects, including brand campaigns
- Support briefing, channel planning, and content approach for campaign work alongside the broader team
- Advise on platform suitability, audience engagement, and content strategy as needed
- A strong background in social media management, built across multiple brands or complex, fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and influence a team without formal line management authority, bringing people along through clarity, credibility, and consistency
- Sharp operational instincts: you identify gaps before they become problems and bring structure to complex, multi-workstream environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and Tik Tok, with strong working knowledge of You Tube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other major social platforms
- Experience contributing to social strategy within integrated campaigns and brand work
- Confidence working in matrixed environments alongside account, project management, and creative teams
- Experience with social reporting and listening, including interpreting performance data and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders; familiarity with tools such as…
