Lead brand and creative across engagements — from identity systems to the high-velocity performance creative that the paid team lives on. You will build creative systems that ship on-brand work at volume without flattening the idea.
Responsibilities- Direct brand identity and design systems for clients across DTC, entertainment, and B2B.
- Build the templates and pipeline that let the team produce performance creative at volume.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to turn creative into the primary growth lever, with a real testing loop.
- Hold the bar on craft while shipping on the cadence growth work demands.
- 6+ years in art direction or brand design, with a portfolio spanning identity and performance creative.
- Fluency in modern design and motion tooling, and a point of view on creative systems.
- Experience directing other designers, freelancers, and production partners.
- An understanding that, in growth, creative velocity is a competitive advantage.
