The Associate Account Executive (AAE) serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the implementation and management of programmatic advertising buys. This person acts as the primary liaison between our client, clients, agencies, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. The role functions as the right hand to the Account Executive, supporting revenue-generating activities by managing campaign execution, client communication, reporting, proposal support, and overall account coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media, DSPs, SSPs, and the broader ad tech ecosystem.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities- Manage and track programmatic advertising deals from inception through completion.
- Maintain and oversee Sales Hub pipeline activity and revenue reporting.
- Monitor active campaign performance and pacing.
- Identify and help resolve campaign delivery issues.
- Track upcoming and live campaigns to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison supporting assigned Account Executives.
- Respond to client requests, inquiries, and RFPs.
- Coordinate communication between agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Secure campaign assets and ensure launch readiness.
- Provide reporting, campaign updates, and follow-up support.
- Partner with Planning, Operations, Sales, and Ad Tech teams.
- Work closely with DSP and SSP partners to address business and campaign needs.
- Coordinate internally to troubleshoot issues and keep campaigns on track.
- Support prospecting efforts and business development initiatives.
- Analyze account, category, and campaign data.
- Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
- Create sales presentations and post-campaign recap decks.
- Track account status, AE activities, and revenue metrics for leadership reporting.
- Programmatic advertising experience.
- DSP experience.
- SSP experience.
- Digital media or digital advertising background.
- Strong client communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ad Tech experience preferred.
- Media planning or buying experience preferred.
- Campaign management experience preferred.
- Salesforce or Sales Hub exposure preferred.
- Experience supporting advertising sales organizations preferred.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple books of business simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to determine when to resolve issues independently and when escalation is required.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven advertising environment.
