About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing U.S.

-based digital marketing company helping local and home service businesses generate qualified leads, strengthen their online presence, and grow through innovative digital marketing strategies.

The organization operates in a highly performance-driven environment where experimentation, measurable results, speed, and continuous optimization are central to how the company works.

As the business continues to scale, the team is investing heavily in improving conversion performance across landing pages, funnels, campaigns, and the overall customer acquisition journey.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRO & Landing Page Specialist with deep expertise in lead generation, conversion-focused landing pages, and funnel optimization.

The core objective of this position is simple:
understand what motivates users to take action and continuously improve the journey from initial interest through conversion.

This is not simply a landing page design role.

We are looking for someone who thinks analytically, understands consumer psychology, develops clear hypotheses, runs structured experiments, and uses data to continuously improve conversion performance.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing a funnel, identifying friction, developing an A/B test, optimizing messaging, reviewing behavioral data, and translating results into actionable improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and optimize landing pages designed to generate qualified leads.

  • Analyze user behavior throughout the conversion funnel.

  • Identify friction points that reduce click-through rates, form completion, or conversions.

  • Develop data-driven hypotheses for improving landing-page and funnel performance.

  • Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Optimize headlines, messaging, calls to action, page structure, forms, layouts, and other conversion elements.

  • Analyze conversion data and prioritize experiments based on potential business impact.

  • Continuously improve click-through rates, lead volume, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.

  • Review heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, and behavioral data to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, paid media specialists, marketers, and other stakeholders.

  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.

  • Maintain an organized experimentation roadmap and testing backlog.

  • Document test results, insights, and learnings.

  • Apply successful learnings across additional campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.

  • Help develop scalable CRO frameworks and best practices as the organization grows.

Qualifications Required
  • Professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, landing-page optimization, or funnel optimization
    .

  • Strong hands‑on experience with lead-generation funnels
    .

  • Proven ability to improve landing-page and funnel conversion performance.

  • Deep understanding of what motivates users to click, engage, submit forms, and convert.

  • Hands‑on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
    .

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of conversion psychology, user behavior, and persuasive messaging.

  • Ability to analyze marketing, funnel, and conversion data.

  • Experience identifying friction points throughout a customer journey.

  • Experience continuously optimizing campaigns rather than relying on one-time page launches.

  • Ability to clearly explain testing…
