Skyline Strategies is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team in New York City
.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, upcoming graduates, career changers, and entry-level candidates who are interested in events, communications, marketing, public relations, customer experience, or business.
You'll gain hands-on experience supporting events, brand experiences, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives while developing valuable skills in communication, organization, teamwork, and client representation.
No previous event experience is required. Training is provided.
Candidates must be located in the New York City area and available for in-person interviews.
What You'll DoAs an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning and execution of events and promotional initiatives while helping create positive experiences for customers, clients, and brand partners.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of events and promotional activities
- Supporting event setup, organization, and day-of operations
- Representing brands and clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Interacting directly with customers and event attendees
- Helping create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Supporting promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Communicating event information and answering questions
- Collaborating with team members to meet event and campaign goals
- Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintaining a professional and organized event environment
- Developing skills in events, marketing, communications, customer engagement, and leadership
