New York or Boston location required, for 3 days per week onsite in our office
We are seeking an Art Director, Creative Development to join our team, working on one of our newest client wins, largest healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer wellness brands in the US. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production.
You will report to a Creative Director and be paired with a copywriter. You will create conceptual yet performance-driven work, such as paid media assets including paid and organic social, display, digital ads, email, OLV, website and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients. Other key deliverables include AI generated imagery and visual systems for campaigns, animations, PR ready creative assets, storyboard development for motion/video work and long form video concepts as well as experiential/event based creative.
You’ll develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters. You’ll collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion. You’ll concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously.
You’ll contribute work to new business pitches. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Designers, Client Leadership, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project. You understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends. You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief. You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategies that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals. You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work. You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each. You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
- 2 years minimum experience in creative advertising
- An online portfolio with conceptual integrated campaign examples
- Comfortable with production and post-production
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Experienced in Figma
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $85,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
