Marketing Manager
Soni is partnered with a client seeking an experienced Litigation Marketing Manager with a leading law firm. This role will support the Litigation practice.
Responsibilities- Manage and customize pitches, proposals, capability statements, and other sales enablement materials for the Litigation practice
- Coordinate practice-led events, sponsor ships, client receptions, and other client development initiatives
- Serve as a key marketing partner to attorneys and practice group leadership, managing incoming requests and priorities
- Project manage Chambers and other legal directory/ranking submissions, including timelines, data collection, and internal reviews
- Maintain and refresh practice-specific marketing materials, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, and related content
- Partner with Digital, Creative, Events, and other Marketing teams to execute practice-specific campaigns and initiatives
- Support market research and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Lead marketing onboarding and integration support for lateral attorneys
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency
- 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong experience developing and managing pitches and proposals
- Experience supporting events, sponsor ships, and client development initiatives
- Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with legal directories, rankings, and CRM systems is a plus
Compensation: $50 - $65/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
