• Full ownership of Tik Tok Shop revenue and growth for our beauty portfolio
• Aggressive GMV, ROAS, and profitability targets

• Product and bundle strategy
  : identifying winning beauty SKUs, hero products, and high‑converting bundles
• Affiliate domination
  : recruiting, activating, and scaling beauty creators and affiliates who consistently convert
• Content performance optimization
  : analyzing what content sells, doubling down on winners, and killing losers fast
• Smart capital allocation
  : investing marketing dollars aggressively but intelligently to scale profitably
• Daily performance monitoring
  : dashboards, metrics, and rapid iteration
• Staying ahead of Tik Tok Shop beauty trends, policy changes, and algorithm shifts

• GMV growth and revenue velocity
• ROAS and marketing efficiency
• Conversion rates and AOV (especially via bundles)
• Speed of testing and scaling winning beauty products

• Proven success managing Tik Tok Shop for beauty brands (skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or wellness‑adjacent)
• Demonstrated ability to scale Tik Tok Shop revenue
