Senior Manager, CRM And Client Development

Summary

Leads the localization and implementation of Diesel's CRM and client development strategy across North America. Drives client engagement, acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through retail coaching, omnichannel campaigns, performance analysis, and client experiences.

• Champion clienteling practices across the retail network and coach store teams, spending approximately 80% of time supporting stores and clients.
• Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, E-commerce, Events, Merchandising, and Global teams to deliver consistent client experiences and localized CRM campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendars, audience segmentation, client activations, loyalty initiatives, and clienteling programs.
• Analyze CRM and retail KPIs, develop executive reporting, and translate insights into strategies that improve commercial performance.
• Travel throughout North America and represent the brand at client events, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM, client development, clienteling, or retail leadership in premium or luxury retail.
• Proven success implementing clienteling strategies across multiple locations and improving client engagement and commercial results.
• Strong coaching, leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of client behavior, lifecycle marketing, omnichannel CRM, and luxury retail operations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, clienteling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
