Manager, CRM

The CRM Manager leads the execution of US omnichannel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and clienteling. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role translates lifecycle strategies and marketing plans into effective customer journeys and communications while ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

• Oversee campaign design, setup, launch, and performance tracking for one-time campaigns and triggered journeys.
• Translate loyalty, services, events, and marketing strategies into customer communications.
• Partner with digital, e-commerce, content, customer care, retail, technical, data, and global CRM teams.
• Maintain and optimize CRM activations and deliver elevated client experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement; luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brand experience preferred.
• Experience executing CRM programs across email, SMS, clienteling, loyalty, personalization, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
