Are you curious about how great products go from an idea to something consumers love? The Coordinator, Brand Management supports the Relatable Brand teams in keeping our brands, product development, and marketing launches organized and moving forward.
This is an entry point into Brand Management. You’ll own the day-to-day coordination and execution the team depends on, while learning how products are developed, how a brand and product lines are managed, and how go-to-market strategies come together.
We don’t expect you to know how to be a Brand Manager yet. We do expect you to be organized, curious, proactive and excited to learn.

- Business Analysis — how POS, consumer insights, and competitive trends inform decisions.
As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to contribute ideas and take on increasing ownership of projects and launches.
Is This You?

- Clear communicator with strong follow-through.
- Curious about consumers, products, retail, culture and trends.
- Comfortable moving quickly and managing multiple priorities.

What Success Looks Like
You become the person who keeps things moving and knows what’s going on. Your trackers are accurate, deadlines don’t sneak up on you, and you spot gaps before they turn into problems. You follow through without being chased and build a strong understanding of the brands, products and business along the way. Over time, the cross-functional team knows they can come to you first for answers, because you’re informed, reliable and on top of the details.
Who Thrives Here
You’re the kind of person who figures it out and gets it done. You’re naturally curious, ask great questions, and want to understand not just what we’re doing, but why. You’re plugged into what people are watching, buying, sharing and obsessing over, and probably have a few obsessions of your own. You love games, toys, pop culture and great products, and the idea of helping turn a crazy idea into something people can actually buy sounds pretty awesome.
